Be it making her toothpaste, facewash, soap, or growing pulses and trees for daily fruits and vegetable consumption, the woman has made arrangements for all of her daily basic needs. She even uses a solar cooker and newspapers for heating water and cooking purposes respectively.

(a) Janak Palta’s household generates no electricity bill. Electricity of her house and the 50 homes nearby runs via wind energy.
